TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
• <FOR L2D MODEL ART> Time of Completion will be at 3 to 6 months at most, depending on the model complexity and required features.• <FOR ILLUSTRATION> Time of Completion will be at 2 to 4 weeks at most or more, depending on my workload.• Please provide all necessary reference materials and discuss your needs before the start of the project to avoid delays.°Payments for waitlists 30% of the original price.*Paypal fees are shouldered by the buyers.• Filling out the Commission form is mandatory. If you have any inquiries or need clarification, please feel free to reach out to me through my available social medias before filling out the form.PAYMENTS
• Payments can be made upfront or in half after sketch (50% upfront, 50% after sketch) can be discussed• Payments will be done using PayPal, in USD or any other agreed currency. (Invoice Only)REFUNDS
• Strictly no refunds once the work has commenced or started.• If I am unable to update 2-3 months, I will deliver a full refund.PROCESS
MY SIX STAGES: SKETCH > LINEART > COLOR > RENDER > CUTTING > PRODUCT SHIPPED• Will provide updates on the Model creation process twice every 2 weeks along with images to the client's satisfaction.° You can ask for updates, but please dont rush.If rush, there will be additional fee 50% of the priceREVISIONS
• Unlimited revisions will only be available during the sketch stage. Any revisions or changes requested after that will incur additional fees of $5 each. Therefore, it is important to thoroughly review all aspects before proceeding to the next stages.NOTES
• If full payment is not paid upon completion of model after a month with no communication by the client, I reserve the right to modify the model as I see fit in order to sell the completed model for the remaining cost unpaid by the client.• The client will have the rights to their L2d Model once fully paid, and the Artist will grant access to the Model files.• I own the right to post work-in-progress (WIPs) on my social media platforms and finished products in my portfolio. If you would like things to remain private, please inform me in advance.• Please make sure to download and back up the files. If you accidentally lose or delete the file, and I happen to clean my storage, and you ask for the files again, I am sorry to say that I will take no responsibility.• Crediting is a must.Important Notes:
°THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE! Please do not rush me to finish my commissions. I have health issues (scoliosis) a personal life, and I need to feel motivated enough and well-rested in order to deliver satisfactory results.°IF THERE ARE DELAY/S OF UPDATE/S I WILL POST AN ANNOUNCEMENT ON MY TRELLO, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP IN CHECK.
